Constantinos Michalos was born in 1960 and studied Economic and Political Sciences at the University of Essex in Great Britain. He received his Masters Degree from the London School of Economics & Political Science majoring at financial applications.
He is ACCI’s President and since 1988, President and Managing Director of the industrial – exporting company SWAN S.A., which is based at Kryoneri – Attica.
From 1993 to 2005 he was an elected member of ACCI’s BOD.
From 1998 to 2002 he was ACCI’s Financial Supervisor.
In 2002 he was elected member of the BOD of the Arab-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and in 2004 he became Vice President, while in 2003 he was elected President of Northern Attica’s Business Association.
In 2004-2005 he was a Special Advisor of the Ministry of Development.
In 2005-2006 he was General Secretary of the Ministry of Finance & Economics.
In 2007 he was elected member of the BOD of the Public Power Corporation.
Constantinos Michalos is married with four children and speaks English and French.
